What’s the difference between Standard Cleaning and Deep Cleaning?

Standard Cleaning is designed for regular upkeep and maintenance. It focuses on visible surfaces, kitchens, bathrooms, and floors. Deep Cleaning goes further by addressing built-up grime, baseboards, corners, and often-overlooked areas. Deep Cleaning is recommended for first-time cleanings or homes that haven’t been professionally cleaned in a while.

Do I need Deep Cleaning if my home is already clean?

If your home is already well-maintained, Standard Cleaning may be sufficient. However, many clients choose Deep Cleaning for a seasonal refresh, after hosting guests, or before starting recurring service. We’re happy to help you decide based on your home’s condition.

When should I choose Move-In / Move-Out cleaning?

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning is ideal for empty homes during transitions such as moving, selling a home, or preparing for a new tenant. This service includes more detailed cleaning inside cabinets, closets, and appliances to help meet landlord or property management expectations.

Does a move-in/move-out cleaning meet the landlord’s move-out requirements?

While requirements vary, our checklist-based cleaning covers what most landlords and property managers expect.

Do you clean inside appliances?

Yes. Deep Cleaning includes more This service includes appliance exteriors. Interior appliance cleaning may be available upon request.tasks like baseboards, doors, and built-up grime that aren’t part of routine maintenance.

Does the home need to be empty during a move-in/move-out clean?

Yes. This service is designed for empty homes to allow full access to all areas.

Are add-on services included in my cleaning?

Add-on services such as oven cleaning, refrigerator interior cleaning, carpet shampooing, and window cleaning are not included by default. These can be added to most cleanings for an additional fee. Let us know what you need when requesting a quote.

Bookings
Can I reschedule my cleaning

Yes. Please contact a minimum of 24 hours before you’re booking time to reschedule your appointment. For any same-day schedule adjustments, there is a $50 re-booking fee.

What happens after my booking?

After we confirm your booking you’ll receive reminders and what to expect. Feel free to contact us for any questions.

Can I add extra services last-minute?

If you need anything outside of what was discussed during your original booking, please contact our office as soon as possible. We’ll review the request and let you know what we can accommodate.

What to Expect for a Clean
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes. Our professional cleaning team brings all standard cleaning supplies and equipment needed to complete your service. We just use water and electricity on site. If you have specific product preferences or sensitivities, just let us know and we can accommodate when possible.

What if I have a question or request while the cleaners are there?

Please contact our office directly so we can fully address your request and communicate with our cleaners. This helps us ensure nothing gets missed and everything is handled the right way.

Should I tidy up before the cleaners arrive?

We don’t require it, but putting away clutter (like clothes, toys, or dishes) can help us focus more on cleaning surfaces and details.

Will my items be moved?

We take the utmost care with your belongings. Items may be slightly moved while cleaning (especially if they’re on counters, tables, or surfaces), but we’re always careful and respectful with your home.

How long do cleanings take?

Cleanings will vary based on scope and size of space. We will provide an estimate upon book and please stay flexible as unforeseen factors can occur during the clean.

Who does the cleaning?

Our cleaners are trained professional and insured. We have out crews of 2 handle all cleanings, unless specifically noted/stated.

What if something wasn’t cleaned the way I expected?

Your satisfaction matters to us. If anything wasn’t quite right, please contact us the same day so we can review the details and make it right.
