Three things worth knowing before you book.
Your price is an estimate
Your price is an estimate based on the details you give us when you book. If the condition on arrival is significantly different from what you described, we will contact you to agree on an adjusted price before any cleaning starts. We never change your price without your approval, and you can always decline and reschedule instead. Adding photos to your booking, or asking us for a walkthrough first, gets you a firmer price up front.
Refusal of service
QuikWipe reserves the right to refuse service on-site if a job is significantly outside the scope booked, or the home's condition was significantly misrepresented from what was described at booking. A $50 charge applies when a cleaner arrives on-site under these circumstances.
Late changes and lockouts
A $50 charge applies if you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, or if our cleaner arrives and cannot access your home. Changes we initiate are never charged.
